New to VV, seeking info about status match please.

I tried to apply for the status match, but I am only Emerald on RCI. Do they only match Diamond and up? The dropdown started at Diamond. Is this true, or should I try to call and talk to customer service to get my match? Thanks, Kim -
I do. I live in a resort area, so there are lots of people vacationing here. I think of it as a souvenir for fellow Jeepers.

Jeep wrangler drivers have been "ducking" each other for several years. I always have ducks in my Jeep to give out. I guess some will be coming on my Indy cruise.
