  3. I too am having great difficulty getting in contact with this company. I am unable to book online due to a disability request that requires a telephone booking. This is not the kind of customer service that Princess, P & O and Cunard should be supporting.

  5. I booked a cruise yesterday with the £1 deposit offer and can confirm that it is simply the £1 that you would lose should you cancel before the 90 day full balance due period. I too used the BLC offer so very happy !

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this question but we are trying to book coach transfers for an up coming Princess cruise in August but, for 2 whole days I have not been able to get any reply from Intercruises/ Cruise Connect. Has anyone else experienced this or is it possible they are no longer in business? Many thanks for any information.
