I was finally able to finish your wonderful review, Gambee. I loved everything and am so glad that you enjoyed your Breeze cruise. So far, this is my favourite Carnival ship and I hope to cruise her again.
I'm so sorry to hear about your grandmother. I know this will not be an easy time for you and your mother and I will be keeping you and your family in my thoughts in the days to come. Take good care of each other.

I've been thinking about Mike and Tracy, too, and hoping all is well with them. They and their fallen and wounded comrades and their families, will be in my thoughts in the days to come.

I'm so happy to be reading another of your reviews. :) Congratulations on graduating nursing school; we all knew you could do it. :D I'm sorry this wasn't the cruise of your dreams, but I'm glad to see you were able to make the best of it. I'm really enjoying all your pictures, too. I like St. Thomas and St. Maarten too and hope to return someday.

I just LOVE all your stingray pictures!:D Your enthusiasm for this excursion comes through. I did this in January and I was definitely a little nervous. After, I couldn't believe how amazing it was. :) I couldn't feed them, but I did everything else and had a blast. I'm so glad you did, too. And, I'm glad to hear you liked the warm chocolate melting cake. Two scoops of ice cream is the way to have it.

Thanks for letting us know, Victoria. I enjoyed your Breeze review very much. So far, this has been our favourite Carnival ship! :) We started our cruising addiction on Disney Wonder, so I look forward to reading your Disney review. :)

Hi Gambee and welcome to Carnival! :D I think Breeze is our favourite Carnival ship so far; the colours are so light and pretty, we never had issues with crowds and we enjoyed all the dining options. Did your Mom like the look of the ship in Key West? I hope you do get to sail together on Breeze soon. As usual, thanks for the great review and all of the wonderful photos, especially of the cats in Key West! :) We were in Key West and at the Hemingway House on a land vacation once.

Glad to hear you had a good time in Vegas. You saw and did a lot. I am really looking forward to my own trip there!:)

Has to be the chocolate sampler for me. You can't go wrong with 4 different chocolate desserts. :D

I'm here, too, and enjoying your review. I would love to go to Texas someday. :)

Do you like chocolate? If so, you should try the chocolate sampler dessert in the Steakhouse. I did have the cheesecake once (about a third was all I could manage ), but I really prefer the chocolate sampler. :) And yes, steak sounds good any time. I also liked the top you were wearing.

Really special; thanks for sharing that. :)

Hi Mike, my DH & I are also going to Vegas in May without our kids. Too bad it's not the same time as you & Tracy. It would be fun to meet up with you. We've been before, but I'm still paying attention to everyone's tips for you. Thanks all!:)

Nice! Enjoy your cruise. :)

Tried it using Chrome as well with no luck. I was able to use the link provided by SenatorsFan. Thanks.
Just checked out itinerary and Cozumel is our first stop. I guess we will have to start the vacation relaxing at Nachi instead of ending it there.
Glad to hear you were successful. I hope you enjoy your day there, and your cruise!:)

AND... I have been trying all day to get onto the Nachi Cocom website but have not been able to. I would like to see if they have availability for my December sailing. Their Facebook page also hasn't had a new posting since September 2013. I hope this doesn't mean that they have closed up shop.
Hi, I'm not sure how OP booked at Nachi Cocum, but I've used this site before:

It really is a great place!:)
Thanks OP for your review. I've now done 2 NCL cruises after many CCL and would definitely book another. :)

Yes, we asked for our filet rare and they came back with a different skewer. Also, you can change the flow by flipping your card to green quicker and it goes much quicker.
On Pearl I had this experience: filet so rare it left a pool of blood on my plate! The hostess saw my distress, came and asked me how I would prefer my meat, took my plate away and returned with a clean one. It took a bit to get my meat back, but I didn't go hungry while I waited.:) I would definitely eat here again.

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your Carnival cruise! :) I've always been a CCL fan, but I just tried NCL twice and enjoyed those cruises, also.

That's wonderful news! I am sure you will be celebrating on this cruise. :) I can't wait to see your pictures.

You have some stunning pictures from San Juan. The colours are so vivid and I especially love the water views. :)

I can't imagine how disappointed you must have been.:( I'm glad you found something fun to do and hope that you'll be booking another cruise very soon.:)

Glad to hear! I liked Sky, too and will look forward to your review.

We liked one deck above the pool deck around the corner from the Sky High Bar, especially in the late afternoon. We'd grab a drink, turn our loungers to face the water and read while we waited to watch the sunset. Heavenly. :)

The Palm Trees are Really Cool: A Pictorial Review of the Valor's Southern Route
in Carnival Cruise Lines

I'm really looking forward to another of your reviews. Valor was our first Carnival ship, so lots of fond memories, obviously. :)
Thanks for the Virgin America safety demo link; I had never seen it. I LOLed at the seat belt bit. We just got back from Las Vegas flying on WestJet, one of Canada's airlines. Most of their flight attendants have a sense of humour, and this time the comment that cracked me up was "For those of you who rode your horse to the airport today, this is how we fasten a seat belt". :D
Keep up the good work!
