Yes, that’s the wrong place. When you sign into the website and you see your name, and click on your name you see your Captains Club number, then My Tier and Points. Go there. Scroll down a little and under My Cruises and Points you can choose upcoming sailings or points history. The PUP are under Points History.
Thanks to those who have responded to my request. Whether I use Chrome or Firefox as the browser and follow your instructions I do not see my PUP. 😞

Did our PowerUp Points always show when we log in and link to "My Cruise and Points" and click Points History. I though it only showed previous cruises, but now is showing PUP earned!
When I log in I see cruise history and it shows the sailings and the number of points for each cruise. Even if I scroll all the way to the bottom I see nothing for PUP earned. I can see Captain's Club level, sailing history and upcoming cruises. Can you do a cut and paste of where you are seeing the PUP history? Many thanks.

I have always found that the staff engage with us and tell us how important it is for them to be mentioned. I don't think that things are any different than the past.

It used to be that in the end-of-cruise survey, the crew would get judged on how you raved or dinged them individually or by certain crew-related questions. This has changed. Now the crew are getting rated on the ENTIRE cruise experience rating, rather than just the crew questions. That means if you had a bad experience AND YOU MENTION IT IN THE SURVEY and it that had nothing to do with the crew, such as noisy neighbors, the crew is still going to get dinged for it.
We all love our cruise staff, so what that means for me is that when the survey comes around, everything was absolutely delightful and wonderful and great. If I really did have a problem, I'll just have to choose another cruise line because they have made it impossible for me to communicate with X without screwing someone.
Here is a clip from a good youtube video from Gary Bembridge on the issue. Interesting video on X in general, but up to you if it applies to you.
Don't mean to be rude so I will ask how you determined this information. Why would X "ding" the entire crew for something that could be totally out of their control? I'm mystified. I look forward to your comment(s). Thanks.

Many thanks. This will work very well for them. We will "practice" (to the extent that we are able to do from home) the things that they will have to do. Will also print out your instructions for them. If this fails they can go and stand in line at the Internet Cafe. 🙂
Not to worry....they will never make ZENITH.

Elderly relatives are heading to S class ship. Trying to have printed out in advance instructions to connect their I-Pad to the wi-fi. I know they can obtain assistance on the ship however would like the instructions so they can do it on their own. If anyone remembers how to connect or has info please advise. Many thanks.

Port info for Antigua today. We had hoped to do a island and beach tour with Lawrence of Antigua but will be going on the Celebrity beach break instead.
Thanks for your live updates. Could you please advise if karaoke or bandaoke is being held at any time during the cruises. Thanks so much.

"Pearl" refers to your level in the Blue Chip Club.....casino.

This is one of several threads on that topic in recent days. Maybe you can get the information you need here
Thanks for your response. I had previously viewed the comments in this thread. Most of the comments are about waiting times for test results. No one has discussed the fee involved. Hoping someone who disembarks over the next few days will post an answer. Again...thanks.

For any Canadians who have disembarked can you please advise the cost of the PCR tests that are being administered in the pier? Any other pertinent info that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

From the Celebrity website see the link
https://www.celebritycruises.com/health-and-safety
Scroll down quite a bit and you will see the Cruise with Confidence information on the left hand side of the page. Hope this helps.

How many guests presently on board. Any word of the number of guests for the following cruise? If anyone can provide this information it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Correct but Dimitrios and Tasos Kafetzis. And Alex has a father who was Captain with Celebrity before.
I knew that Captain Alex's father was a Captain but he never mentioned that he worked for Celebrity in the past. That is news to me. 🙂

You are right. Thanks for the correction. My mistake. I forgot about Dimitri. He is also another with a great attitude and sense of humor.
Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅
No problem. Here's hoping you can avoid a lot of the ice and snow this year and be cruising somewhere warm. 🙂

Per CDC (put whatever stock in that that you may), even taking COVID and flu vaccines concurrently is OK.
Thanks so much.

Alex is great. So is his brother that is also a Captain on X. Captain Leo is another great captain. Honestly I can’t think of any bad Captains on X, they are all great.
Now if you want to talk about Cruise Directors they may make a difference. Don’t like the one with the initials S D. I think a there is a shoulder replacement or operation that will be required from the constant self back patting.
Eddy Jenkins is one of the best. Introduces the show and is gone. No corny jokes that we have heard numerous times. He doesn’t try to be a celebrity but his daytime shows are fantastic and the one about his life is a not to miss.
Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅
Just to clarify. Captain Alex does not have a brother who is a Captain on board a Celebrity ship. The Kayfetsis (spelling is probably incorrect, sorry about that) brothers, Dimitri and Tasos are brothers on Celebrity ships and are both Captains. I believe these are the brothers you were referring to.

Great post ---- We got out Flu shots yesterday. I was surprised when we got to the Kaiser local clilnic that there were about 25 people on line in front of us. Took less than 30 minutes and we were on our way
Don't know if this is true or not but it's my understanding that one cannot have a covid vaccine/booster or any other vaccine if another vaccine shot has been administered within a certain (close) time frame. So I assume that this would apply to a flu shot and then trying to receive a booster. Really makes no impact if not travelling but if one is planning a trip I would advise checking this out with your doctor.

Contact Celebrity directly and ask for their input. I assume you will test December 23, fly on the 24th and be in FLL as well on the 25th. It's my understanding that coming from "abroad" this scenario works.
Once you've had input from X please come back to this forum and let others who who may find themselves in the same position.
Good luck and happy cruising.

Captain Costas Nesteroudous (I'm sure my spelling is not correct...I apologize)

Look forward to hearing from those who disembarked the June 12 sailing. Welcome home.
Know about the two cases on board.
Would really appreciate hearing from folks re on board activities such as trivia, karaoke, dancing, etc. Where all of these allowed? Any other insights you can provide as to how things were similar to past cruise experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much. :-)

Has anyone had 2 points posted to their tier level for the PUP activity on April 14 re Apex and Millie?
-
Don't think I post from any other website but if you do a quick search on the internet you will see a few videos and recipes for Aspen Coffee. Think of checking out a site that has the word "you" in it. :-)
Enjoy and pretend you are on the ship.

Definitely call back and speak with another agent. If you get the same type of answer I would ask again to speak with a supervisor. We all know that Halifax is in Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia IS in Canada. Obviously the agents manning the phones have not been given the correct information. I'm not sure that anyone will be able to answer your question yet. I am not sure as to whether or not a TA crossing's requirements are for a port in Canada.
Good luck. Please come back and post the information you receive.
Thanks and happy cruising.

Interesting to see all the pictures and comments. I have to call out someone named Donna Walsh though... she actually lifted my picture and called it her own! Oh the comments I could make about that, but I'm holding my tongue.
Absolutely appalling. I cannot believe that someone would do this. I know you are being calm about the whole situation. I on the other hand would be in touch with Celebrity Captain's Club and advise them accordingly. This is plagiarism. There are quite a few CC Members who do not participate in social media. I would certainly never stoop so low to steal someone's photo for points. You have published her name (rightly so) and Celebrity can retrieve her file and remove those points. I am confident that they would not be happy with this situation at all. I say give you the points, then the points that they awarded her should be put in your account as well. Please do something about this to show others that these tactics will not work in the future.
Captain’s Club Power Up Points
in Celebrity Cruises

Thanks for telling me to go to a different website. The link is different than what I use to check in for my upcoming cruises. Some of the items are the same but the tier points are definitely not there. I will use the Celebrity.com site from now on. Again, many thanks.
