I got the printed Fun Times at customer service each day. And always asked for a paper menu in the MDR. No problems there. But they did make you use the app to get a table in the dining room.

They did check times on my last two recent cruises and turned away people who came too early. 

You do not need to be tested after cruise for flight home if flying national. 

Rapid test is fine. And now you are allowed to take it 3 days ahead of your cruise.  This is as of March 1st and if you had your vaccines and a booster if eligible. 

Yes, they have had the Singles meet on my cruises in November and December. Very few singles ever show up. Easier to meet people in the piano bar or bars on the Lido deck.

We are checking in early, 10 am, it is our first Platinum cruise.  Is it worth it to ask at check-in if there might be an outside or even a balcony cabin available for us at a reasonable upsell?  I guess it never hurts to ask, right?  Wonder what the odds are?  I have never inquired about this before in the 20+ cruises we have taken.

Any advice?

Call your carnival vacation planner, I upgraded from inside to ocean view for $10 just a week before the cruise. 

When any of the kids clubs open , it will only be for vaccinated kids. 

My Carnival Hub has last month's cruise and I can't find how to put in new booking number. 

Earliest time is the 10-10:30 time slot.

Hi! Not sure what you mean eMuster.?You go to your station and in a small group they will demonstrate how to use the life jacket.

Carnival realizes that people cruising around Thanksgiving holiday or who are traveling earlier are having trouble arranging for the Covid test. So they will have testing at certain ports which you have to make an appointment.
