Thank you for the response.  The guitar player would be something we are interested in.  The horn player, most likely a saxophonist, might not interest us as much.

Do you happen to know if the restaurant (sushi) in Galaxy is open on port days for lunch or only on sea days?

Galaxy was open today for lunch, as this became a sea day. I don’t know about port days because we didn’t have one.

This was the entertainment I was interested in.  We both are looking forward to relaxing in the TSL and listening to soft music, e.g. piano, guitarist, violinist, etc..

I am just hoping they will continue to have a wide selection of Italian wines available.

Currently on the Divina and we have had a horn player one night in TSL and last night was a guitar player. Since the seas have been rough and windy we have not been able to port in Nassau or today at Ocean Cay. Some YC guests are not happy about this but we are just enjoying the YC experience on this short 3-day cruise.

  3. From the updated Crown and Anchor Benefit sheet

9_Access to Coastal Kitchen is reserved exclusively for guests staying in qualifying Suites. Pinnacle Club members also have the opportunity to enjoy meals in Coastal Kitchen, subject to availability. Daily reservations are required and can only be made with the Maître d’ once onboard. In situations where the number of eligible Suite & Pinnacle Club guests on a particular sailing exceeds the intended venue capacity, access for Pinnacle Club members will be restricted to the top guests onboard, as determined by their cruise points, and extended to the occupants of their stateroom. The exact number of top guests who receive access will be determined on a per-sailing basis, depending on the venue’s capacity. Eligible Pinnacle Club members will be notified of their access on the first day of the cruise. 10_Pinnacle Club members may enjoy breakfast daily at a specialty restaurant. Location varies by ship, is subject to change, and will be communicated to members once onboard

Not trying to be argumentative, but we have done this frequently while on a cruise. Since we always do B2B or longer cruises, and generally have other cruises booked every 30-45 days out, we usually are on a cruise when the next one opens for check in. We just open the app, click on the little person icon on the upper right of the screen, click on select a different cruise, and select the one we are checking in next.

We are boarding Mariner on Saturday and have a cruise that opens for check in on Sunday, and we intend to do that check in from the app as well.

I am glad it worked for you. I have not been able to do app check-in for several cruises, while on a cruise, and it is very weird. It just happened again on September 22 while on Serenade and I was trying to check in for my Nov 6 Liberty cruise. The IT person could not do it for me on my app. But I am glad it worked for you.

  5. The problem with limiting check-in to using the app, is that, at this time, you cannot check in for a cruise using the app while you are currently on a cruise. You have to go to your browser, go to royalcaribbean.com, sign in, and then go to your cruise list to check in. I have had this happen several times. When I talked to IT, they just said that they would refer the problem, nothing they could do onboard.

I actually think I should have been more exact.... the nightclub I was referring too used to be on Deck 3 or 4...called Jesters I think. No sign of it on any deck plans etc...

Is the nightclub ye referred to the one on deck 14 beside Viking Crown Lounge?

I remember a 2-story Gothic nightclub, we called it the Dungeon. I think it was on the Voyager-class ships(or perhaps Freedom class).  Sadly, they have all been removed.
