  1. The water slides on the breeze and magic are the same and they are awesome. The entertainment for the kids should be about the same it all depends on the staff. my son was 15-16 when on the breeze and magic and he loved club O2 to the point we rarely saw him. The Dream class ships ( this includes the magic and the breeze) to me are the best as the sunshine is just a refit of an olderclass ship. And yes they are bigger then the sunshine.

  2. ROTFLMAO... Worst part is I'm not joking..with the high stress job I have I live to nap like I am in kindergarten on sea days. And if you don't gain at least 5 pounds on a cruise...you are doing something wrong lol!

We only take the stairs when cruising but still the 5 pounds shows up on the scales the next week imagine if we took the elevators [emoji16]

  3. I have heard a few people state that they have had problems with the A/C on various ships. We are sailing on the Freedom in October and wondered if anyone recently off the Freedom had any problems with their cabin A/C working properly and if the other areas of the ship were comfortable or not? Thanks!

We are just off the freedom in June and had no issue with the AC.

  4. Just off the Freedom and i have to say.... The shows from playlist productions where not very good. Im not saying the people where not talented but it all seemed rushed and just not good. Thinking maybe i pick one that i just didnt like I went to 3 othe showing of diffrent shows but no it was all around poor. Was on the Breeze the year before and had the same feeling. Not to this extent but...

  5. We are trying to decide between Carnival and Royal Caribbean for our 2nd cruise, and I'm in charge of researching which cruise line is better. I know that Royal Caribbean is better for teens, but what quality does carnival have for teens in case my mom who's in charge of the operations says no?

I dont know what they do with teens but I know whatever it is got my kid out the cabin at about 0700 every morning and he normally came back after midnight. So whatever it was he enjoyed it.

  6. I think it's about the money. It's always about the money. If they can get 3-4 or even 5 people in a cabin instead of 2, why wouldn't they cater to the families? I just hope the kids stay out of the bars and clubs and then they won't bother me.

Interisting you said you hope kids stay out the bars. On our last cruise there was a kid in the red frog bar and he got mad at me because I didnt want to play tic tac toe with him. Really mad. Didnt know the kid or his parents but he was sure that I should play with him.

  7. I've seen several pics of other ships. How common is it to see other ships out in the middle of the ocean? I leave on my first cruise in 2 weeks.

We where on the Carnival Magic a few years ago and where shadowed 100% of the time by a rccl ship(I think it was navigator) they went to every port we did and where always in sight. It was kinda cool.
