Everything is pretty much day to day now. No one knows where ships are or are not going

There's no way to know the answer to this now. With new variant etc its anyone's guess. 

It's all speculation. Not going down the road.

This has been argued and debated as nauseum. Merged today's post with one earlier this month. Will leave unlocked until the fighting begins....

It was suggested that one thread for Covid testing discussions would make the topic more manageable. Willing to try this but ALL Covid test related topics will be merged into this thread from now on so please post your comments and questions  re Carnival and testing here instead of creating a new thread

I will create it with understanding that ALL Covid test threads created in future will be merged into this new thread........ Regardless of what type of Covid testing it relates to, where test is done etc. I think some good information could get lost in there but if it's all in one place.......it's all in one place.....can't really have it both ways?

Big storm off the coast, probable bad conditions in the Bay.  This happens a lot this time of year off NC and East coast

I asked my son who lives on Roatan part time and he said with covid, etc you really can't go to orphanage and schools also off limits. 

I can't find it now but a month or so ago a thread discussed this ad nauseum. General concensus was cash

There is currently a "live from" thread from the Pride. You might ask if they have seen any kids activities.  If your cruise is over Thanksgiving they might offer something but doubt there will be full schedule as long as covid restrictions are in place 

There are several `live from" and other threads titled so you can find a ton of information on this !

My son has a home on Roatan on the other end of the island. No one can come ashore unless vaccinated and negative test. Apparently bubble tours if going on now, may be discontinued soon. Locals need the money desperately but too many tourists  defying mask rules and passengers roaming Mahogany Bay drink in hand not masking up because they are "drinking"

With all the talk re difficulty finding testing to be done before sailing I found it really bizarre that an arthritis specialist required me to get covid antigen test today! Not traveling, no one I know has covid! Kind of a nutty doctor, not sure will go back anyway.  Stay safe out there!
