NHDOC I am sailing today. I called yesterday and got refund. I called the 800 ships service number. I am much relieved heading to the terminal now and looking forward to sail away.

Just following up. HAL ships services said you can cancel cabanas anytime up to boarding. Representative said problem and and I would see the credit on my card.

I called guest services and they happily refunded the cabana. I was told that cabanas are completely refundable up until time of boarding.

I was afraid that would be the answer

Does anyone know the retreat cabana cancellation policy? I sail on Tuesday Dec 5. We have an extra cabana due to a last min party in our group cancelling. All the Cabanas are in my name so the reservation did not automatically cancel when they did. Will I be ok if I cancel tomorrow since it before we board. I am sick that I might have to eat the $600.00

How many dressy nights were there? and on what nights? Did people dress in "formal wear" or more of a step up from smart casual?

mine says smart casual every night. Surely there is someway to find out. Guest services maybe?

Sailing on Koningsdam Dec. 22 Can anyone tell me will the formal night be Christmas Eve or Christmas? I want to know which day to make a hair appointment.

We are a family of 7 adults sailing December 22 to Mexican riviera. The information I found online indicated that the corner cabins had four loungers all others had two. When I called ships service to reserve I was told each cabana was for two adults and two children. Representative could not tell me what that meant. So is that four loungers?? Where do the “children” sit? I reserved two cabanas side by side numbers 20 and 21. Will our seven adults fit? Are there other chairs? Can I count my two 20 something children as “children”. Also found an old flyer with a list of included amenities such as sparkling wine fruit basket etc. are these still include? Representative did not know. I have gathered the Koningsdam cabanas are configured a little differently so any replies appreciated.
