Time for Breakfast! Half grapefruit for me with cottage cheese. Things are looking better on the cottage cheese front! Yogurt Parfait Eggs with Ham, Bacon, Tomato and Country Potatoes. Eggs Benedict with country potatoes and mustard. The mustard with the country potatoes was amazing. It livened up the country potatoes to new heights! I will definitely be doing that again. Waffle with Bacon and ham! Mimosas! We went and finalized our photo package. it only took an hour to sort through 248 pictures! We got told we were the number one photo takers on our cruise from the photo staff. They said the next highest was in the 150 picture range. Go team!

Day 7 - April 9th, 2022 - Sea Day Daily We also got the sad paperwork.

It was a long Memorial Day weekend for Susan and I. We drove 7+ hours down to my Grandma's House outside of Portland, OR to help my Mom and Aunt pack my Grandma's House. She is on her way to Florida, so we had to get her stuff ready to move down there. We ended up working nonstop for the roughly 36 hours we were down there. We packed the house, loaded a Uhaul, and then unloaded that Uhaul into a storage unit till the movers can move it to Florida. We are exhausted. We then drove that 7+ hours back home on limited sleep on Monday. We both went back to work today. We were glad we were able to help, but it didn't feel much like a holiday weekend. I am back and will do a little bit more tonight. - Matthew

Hey all! Shadowmeboy here! I know some of you probably have missed my pictorial reviews. I have missed doing them. Covid really screwed up some awesome trips that we had planned. We had a total of 5 cruises cancelled on us, so we were finally glad to sail again! What did we do during our unplanned pause in cruising? In July 2020, when we were supposed to sail Alaska, we ended up doing a 13 day, 7 state road trip. It got me up to 48 states visited, as I hit my 47th State (Wyoming) and 48th (South Dakota) along the way! This picture I took near Glacier National Park was published in a train calendar for 2021! I had to sail a ship we had already sailed together. So that eliminated the Joy. 2. It had to be an itinerary we have sailed before. We have sailed Alaska 4x before so I got that covered. 3. I had to leave her the car. No problem!! 4. I had to bring home a 2020 Alaska calendar. OK! So, I did some research and found a deal on the Bliss, in a studio, on the final Alaska sailing of 2019.
