  1. NCL pricing has never been cheap even before pre-covid. Factor in the promos and the gratuities and added fees not so cheap anymore huh?
  2. Never thought I’d win on these stinkin little older machines My last NCL cruise on Epic something in my head told me I was due for a bonus and to pick a random machine. So I did. ☺️
  3. With this Thanksgiving Sale my current Bermuda cruise went down to $1019 as opposed to my original booked fare of $1229. So it will vary by sailing for sure. Although I would lose the free gratuities but would gain WiFi and $50 excursions credit so it's basically you win some you lose some. 🤷‍♂️
  4. This is not necessarily true.... With this Thanksgiving Sale my current Bermuda cruise went down to $1019 as opposed to my original booked fare of $1229. So it will vary by sailing for sure. Although I would lose the free gratuities but would gain WiFi and $50 excursions credit so its basically you win some you lose some. 🤷‍♂️
  5. All nice but did he/she also checked that the "gratuities" for the drink package are still there? What a joke 😆
  6. I would call and ask about this secret promotion with a rep. Norwegian currently has a "secret" promo where you give a $150 deposit (for 2 guest) and they will give you another $150 towards the balance of your cruise. It's only available by calling and mentioning it.
  7. NCL has never really been the cheaper option. And once you start adding your perks, forget about it.
  8. Just because the CDC lifted the ruling does not mean other countries and ports will welcome us with open arms. Will this possibly mean cruises to nowhere bypassing the Jones Act? Maybe, but no way will I waste my vacation days on a cruise to nowhere.
  9. Not sure but thinking of booking one of the Radiance weekend cruises when she gets here in April. With 13 paid Holidays a year through my employer, I'm sure I can squeeze in a weekend or two in Spring/Summer 2021.
  10. Yup, she’s still here as of Today, 10/27 Even made our local newspaper 😂🤣😅 so silly https://lbpost.com/news/with-no-cruises-running-why-is-a-massive-ship-anchored-off-the-long-beach-coast?fbclid=IwAR0527iCIDSqG0famFEux48LNW4JArbgDcjUU87jayF8uGIj9NBsaiPQkno
  11. December 1st is 40 days away. Carnival would have to like start NOW to get a ship ready with crew and ports and I just think it's not logistically possible to get a ship ready in 40 days. December 1st cruise not gonna happen. Sorry.
  12. Norwegian Jewel 💎💎💎 Off the coast of Long Beach, California Rare to see any other ships other than Carnival off the shores of Long Beach Getting fueled up for her next stop to nowhere...😔
  13. As expected same old tired itineraries. Also as expected bigger ship not much elsewhere it can port.
  14. With all these ships that have been sold for scrap, we can expect some serious "dancing of the ships"
