TK’s military credit is now listed as ending 2021. Used to be 2099.
I wonder if they are making this adjustment first to those with booked cruises and will catch up the others later? I too expect the Shareholder credit to disappear soon, at least until (if?) cruising gets back to normal.

i am in recharging hell....they just keep recharging my credit card....card company says i have to dispute all of these...it was bad enough when princess owed me $12k, but now it is $17k with the recharges...they are beyond screwed up!!!
This is beyond ridiculous. I don’t know, but wonder if it is perhaps a violation of banking regulations and/or fraud.

It will be interesting to see how Princess retrofits this. We expect some CC refunds but wouldn't be surprised to end up with some FCC that we'll probably just write off.
Tell your wife to do the math with the original cash paid as the amount of FCC to be refunded. The bonus FCC should remain on account for you both. At least that is supposed to be what happens......

So if you have an invoice that shows you can use your FCC share it. I will keep a copy of it and use it in the future and say "they were allowed to"
thanks.
Regardless of what your invoices purportedly say, Princess HAS said as of ~mid June 1 that FCC may be applied to deposits. And here is your requested current proof directly from Princess’ own webinar. If you are still being told otherwise you can send it in and say “but you said we could”.

130 days and Princess has finally given me a combination of FCC + refund that totals what I gave them. Not the right combination of course, but I am so tired of dealing with them I am going to leave it be for a few weeks and then try to tackle it later.

And here comes Pause Four. Meanwhile, many others in prior Pauses and earlier are still awaiting their refunds.

.... I was told I have to contact my TA as she could not access dollar amounts, ...
Yeah, they told me that last month too, and my very experienced TA could not believe that’s what they are telling people. The TAs know what you paid, but have no way to know what the actual refund amounts are.

Nope, not feeling much love from Princess these days,😂
-
I think Princess is purposely twiddling their thumbs instead of trying to complete my refunds. They still owe me for taxes and fees plus the amount of one pending dispute.
That pending dispute is supposed to resolve in my favor on August 8 if Princess does not respond first. (Amex tells me Princess got an extra 60 days to answer because the dispute was filed more than 60 days after the initial billing...so Amex is allowing Princess 90 days from my dispute date). I think Princess sees that as a free timeout during which they don’t have to do anything. They are just running out the clock. I’ll let you know if play ever resumes. 🏈

I am back disappointed with Princess. I had an air reduction in February for my April cruise. My TA called and got a refund. This was over $1000. This occurred several weeks before the cruise was cancelled. I saw this week that Princess has recalled that refund. They indicated that I was over refunded which I wasn't. I was actually short an amount slightly below $200.
I don't think I have ever been disgusted with an accounting/finance department more than I have been through this process. I have zero faith in Princess' leaders. I wasn't a fan of the decisions that they have made for Princess the past several years but how they have handled these refunds is beyond acceptable.
So I am past 130 days.
Oh jeez...so sorry to hear this. The more I see and hear from Princess, the less I plan to cruise in the future.

Not sure if the 83 days is accurate if you can't use your FCC........ I just can't believe that you can see it but can't use it yet. Mine was applied within a day or two to a held cruise. I did cancel that so it is back in my account. I assume I can use it again......I actually think there is a chance I won't end up using it.
I have not yet been given the FCC I am owed for my cancelled cruise...but like you I don’t think I will be using it so it’s not a priority for me. I would still like the remaining refund Princess owes me.

Is this a record, 151 days and counting,
That’s the longest I’ve heard of
-
Well, we hit 120 days tomorrow. Still waiting on $538 in remaining refund due plus $374 in FCC.
-
Ours is somewhat piecemeal too. I’m still waiting (117 days) on about $800 to be refunded or accounted for by Princess. Looks like I will be on the phone later this week trying to track it down. <sigh>

I am still waiting for Citi to refund my Princess refund. They are still verifying???????????
My partial refund took about a week for the bank to fully credit. It appeared 3 days after Princess said they sent it, disappeared the next day, reappeared two days later.

Coverage varies widely depending on policy. Be sure to read the full Description of Coverage document including the definitions to know if your policy includes Default/Bankruptcy and if you must be a third party (or not).

So, a long way of asking--for those of who have experienced this receipt of a refund versus doubled deposit FCCs, had you paid a sum toward your cruise larger than a $100 FCD? ...
Not me personally, but there are posts from people who received more than just a deposit amount; thousands worth, in fact, as Double Deposit FCC.
Personally, I think they are still in a cash crunch and FCCs are cheaper for them to issue, even doubled, than returning cold hard cash. But I won’t discount your theory, especially if we start seeing an uptick in refunds when FCC’s were requested for the Pause 3 cruises.

Day 115 and still nothing....guessing the rep that went the extra mile to find out my refund had been processed on June 23rd was either not correct, or spinning me a line....
😟. If it makes you feel better, the transactions which posted on my CC 7/2 have now disappeared. If we made this stuff up nobody would believe us.

Ancient Mariner 48–You have my sympathy. It is an unconscionable delay for a high dollar refund. And I realize that the many posts by people who have received their money for later cruises only adds insult to the injury. I wish I had some sort of answer to give that would help speed things along. Maybe call two or three times a week? Or make friends with CJ who now has a direct line to Jan S and miraculously received her refunds after news media published her plight?

Refund Status for canceled cruises: Retitled after merges
in Princess Cruises
Posted
Tah-Dah 🎉. After 141 days I finally am done with my refund. Princess credited my last disputed charge today.
This was for a May 19 cruisetour which we cancelled on March 16. The FCC amounts are still incorrect, and Princess still owes me $38.40 in cash refund....but I will let both those errors slide as my time and sanity are worth more.
Don't know if we will be able to use the FCC by the expiration dates, but wish everyone who is still waiting for their refunds a prompt resolution.
