Not Costa Maya, but I was just in Cozumel In January. Went to a beach and I had to go out to the parking lot to smoke. But at least there was somewhere. In the port I just lit up where there were no people around. I will always find a way,even if I have to walk somewhere lol

I'm a smoker who only smokes in designated areas. People who still smoke on their balconies are crazy/ And to throw a cigarette overboard is just plain stupid. I swear it's the smokers who ruin it for other smokers. -
you can do it online 7 or more days before cruise
