  1. First off you okay with "girly" drinks (not sure if you're M/F/identify as either)? Like, my husband's down for anything that tastes good, but that matters, lol. I'd try like any of those signature sangrias at Serenity Bar or at RedFrog Rum Bar I'd probably like Red's Rum Treasure or the Rum Jumper as they look up my alley maybe try that? Based on the drinks I prefer I've gotten pretty good at knowing what sounds good to me personally. For reference I like a lot of frozen cocktails like Strawberry Daiquiris and Pina Coladas, Princess Cruise Line's BBC (Bailey's Banana & Coldad), White Russians, Sangria, Amaretto Sour, Mojitos... I don't prefer beer but I like Pacifico and Blue Moon.
  2. Blue Hawaii is one of my favorites anywhere. So good! I tried my first one on NCL way back in the day they had a drink of the day that'd be only $4.75 and Blue Hawaii was Monday's I think.
  3. Firstly, my husband and I had a discussion he reminded me that all cruise line bacon we've had really doesn't taste that great. So he's right there and no big loss. I would still like it but we like a nice crispy bacon, the good stuff, lol. So that really fatty soggy stuff is just a step up from the heartburn sausage links. The other continental breakfast type stuff is fine for us. Those of you saying so, I agree.... you were right, I was wrong, lol. It's been since 2019 since we cruised last time and I just forgot. On the fun times argument I like just that newsletter, we also save ours as a memento. BUT I am willing to get that from guest services and am happy to not receive all the other notices like the notices for art auctions, etc. Also glad a crew member doesn't need to waste their precious time delivering those to me. If I want them then I should walk my tush to guest services to get them myself even if I did pay for the cruise, I don't mind. Walking is good for us, will help me shed those cruise food pounds faster since I'm not a very active person I need a reason to walk more haha.
  4. Red frog rum bar (Carnival Panorama)- does the souvenir cup price include the drink or is adding the drink to it a separate charge? Is the souvenir cup $10.50 plus the refill cost of $9.50 for a total of $20 for the first drink? A price of just $10.50 would just seem too good to be true, it's only an extra $1 then you get an extra 4 oz. every time you refill it. Also, for future reference is there a way I can message someone on Carnival's website with these type of questions? I'm going to go look in the meantime and see if I can find a way. Thanks!
  5. I was looking at Princess' website. It appears I can only book a very limited amount of cruises in 2023 and I don't see anything for 2024. Does Princess allow you to book cruises way in advance? If so, do you just have to call in (I don't see much in latter 2023 or 2024. I need to sail after September 2023) I'm so specifically looking at cruises out of LA / San Pedro California. I also would prefer them to be over 5 or 7 days long. Thanks in advance for any help in answering my ?
