Great question! We plan, plan, plan in advance so that time isn't wasted while on the ship figuring out what to do. I don't mean we have things set in stone, but we've already checked things out and educated ourselves on options so that we can make decisions and back up plans more quickly.

 

We also sleep very little. We can sleep when we are dead. I want to enjoy every moment. I'd never dream of missing a sunrise on a cruise.

AMEN to that BRO!!!!! Everyday is the BEST!!!!!!!!! Sometimes it feels like a DREAM...... SLOOOOOOOW it DOWN!!!! I think I just learn to relax and take what I can and do what I can is most important.… But most important is just enjoy..(SPELLING SUCKS) But the wine is flowing...... Stay WARM!!!!!;)

I hear what you are saying.... I think I get the joy of walking on the ship and all of a.......... its OVER.. No, I think of the past cruise I had and.. The last one is ALLLLLLways the BEST... I learn to relax... My 13th cruise... It took me till cruise 11(LOL) to do this.. We are some luck PEEPS!!!!!!!:D Be safe I cruise in 13 days on the GEM and I wish time would FLY>>>> till that time.. So you are not alone!!!!!:)

Deck 11 veiwing room is cool.. It shows the Bridge.... All so if you can do the ships tour thing.. it cost.. I don't remember how much but it was great... But the best thing I can say sailing on Jan 20th is the spa pass... I hear it was 189(HOLIDAY) 139 for a reg (NO HOLIDAY) it's the GREATEST THING I have ever done on a cruise.. Check it out...:)

About day 2 of the cruise when you realize what you have done . Just STOP..

 

Breath , go to the computer lounge and log into CC .

We WILL be here for you .

It will start as an odd tingling sensation then turn to more of a panicked burning. But dont worry we CAN help you past the episode .

I live in CT/RI and just walked down by Taylor Swifts house by the beach... They are still working on her wall(Sea wall) and the waves are really BIG.. I look at those worker and say(To myself) in 15 days I'll be in nothing but SUNSHINE.. We are SOOOOOOO lucky.. ;)

i just canceled my dawn cruise. Besides the big problems at the port, the recent reviews of the ship haven't been great either. Not worth the stress of wondering what's it's going to be like by the time i sail. Going back to royal caribbean.

Before we even left port, a lady on the balcony next door would be talking to someone inside the cabin.

THEN the second day out - "Johnny, your father would have loved cruising, thank you for bringing me, I am so happy right now"........

But how much $$$$$$ and The people that do DRINK I think it's the best( not sayin I'm a lush BUT I just want toooooo know how much on a 9 day cruise)(2/23/13 and 10/11/13) last cruises was 1800$$$$$( 2 PEOPLE ON A RELAXING CRUISE AND JUST WANT NOT TO WORRY.... For anyone who has purchased this first day: were you charged sales tax while in port? That's a big nut to the port city. I know when we are in the NYC pier that anything we purchase until sailing is taxed.
