I like Jubilee. I hope Kathy Lee is the god-mother, too. Some new cool commercials would be great as well!

This is why we book our own cruises through the Carnival website. No hassle and no potential PVP and/or TA drama.
I've booked all of my prior cruises on my own through the website. Given my last FIVE cruise cancellations due to covid and dancing of the ships, and after the Carnival executive resolutions department contacted me....I requested and now have a fantastic PVP. He's saved me a lot of stress on cancellations/re-bookings.

We have an October 2020 cruise which was just cancelled and when I go to transfer my funds to a future cruise I have booked it's starting they are unable to locate my original cruise. I confirmed on my carnival manager the booking number, date etc. but it's still not allowing me. Forget trying to call their telephone lines are down.
Anyone else having issues.
Two+ weeks ago my two sailings on the Radiance were cancelled. I could not get the form to work, and received the exact same message. Seriously, I contacted Carnival via direct message through (The Carnival Cruise Line Book of faces) They responded in about 28 hours that they would forward my information and have it addressed. Within two days, I received a call on my cell from "Miami". Answer the phone. It really is Carnival. And the representative was with the Executive Resolutions department. Great service, and she got me assigned to a PVP. He then contacted my via email a few days later. Now I need to contact him for my October 31 cancellation. If that doesn't work....I have a phone number.....

My October 31 has been cancelled.
Dear Carnival Cruise Line Guest:
The members of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) have agreed to extend the voluntary pause in cruise operations in the U.S. until October 31, 2020. If conditions in the U.S. change and short, modified sailings are possible, the industry may consider an earlier restart, but at this time, we must cancel your upcoming cruise, and for that we apologize for disrupting your vacation plans. We greatly appreciate your patience as we work through these unprecedented decisions.- 2

They had it for sale at 20% off the weekend of April 12 of this year. Still hoping the three cruises I purchased it for will sail.

I checked in online yesterday for our 10/31 cruise on the Dream. If it's canceled, I hope they don't drag it out. I need a new passport. I've heard people are waiting for months. Mine expires at the end of January. Our next cruise is scheduled for....the last week in January. (Not that it will necessarily sail, either 😕)

My 5 night Breeze for 10/2021 is missing from my cruise manager as well.
Just checked again, and my cruise is back in my cruise manager. Looks like they're still in the process of updating the Breeze sailings due to the Radiance changes.

My 5 night Breeze for 10/2021 is missing from my cruise manager as well. When I tried to add it back in under "Manage another booking" nothing happens. That sailing has also disappeared from the available cruises.

That's 6 months!

I keep getting an error message, saying my original booking cannot be found and to call Carnival. 😡 I had two Radiance cruises cancelled and I can't submit the form for either one. And they are also both still showing in my cruise manager on the website.

Thank you so much for the clarification on the folks traveling in your group. I'm really enjoying your review!

I really appreciate your review. But I am really getting confused with L&I, B&C, J&S, B&C and J&D. Sorry if it is just me, but I can't figure out who is who. trying to follow along, though.

Cruise visitors drop less than $11 per person in Key West during their day in port.
Can you provide a link for those stats? TIA

yes I did my pretend booking for a handicap balcony and only thing available was a handicap ocean suite. I am hopeful on Monday they do the right thing.
I hope it works out for you. Hopefully they'll do the right thing on your booking. Good luck!

In the meantime I did a "pretend" booking and see that the only balcony available is an Ocean Suite which is about $110 more per person.
Is this an accessible (handicap) Ocean Suite? The bathrooms of the OS's we've stayed in on the sister ship Magic were step up and had bathtubs. So unless it is wheelchair accessible you may have an issue with the OS.

Fingers crossed for our 10/31/20 sailing on the Dream. We need this cruise so much!

I absolutely love Saint Greg's reviews here on the Carnival boards. Did my best to copy the start of one of his reviews. Alas, I am technologically challenged. But just search Saint Greg. Thanks, Greg for all your great Carnival reviews and tips!

We were on the Vista in Dec., cabin 5203. The location was great. Loved, loved, loved the Havana pool and bar area as well. However, if we were to do Havana again, it would be on a balcony. We really never used the outside cabana area. People were constantly walking by, and there really was no privacy. We had to keep the curtains closed much of the time (showering, changing clothes) due to lookie loos. Never mind. I will absolutely cruise in a Havana cabana again. I just need to cruise!

For anyone still having problems with it I called and got it figured out. If you have multiple bookings on your account it's having problems and you have to do it without being logged in. You need to log out of carnival. Scroll down to the very bottom and under "Already Booked" click "Organizer Access." Put in your booking number, last name, OK. That will take you into your booking and you'll have the discount when you add cheers to your cart.
Saint Greg, thank you so much! I had been trying to get the 20% discount for two days without luck. The email I received was specific to only one of my bookings. Using your method, I was able to get the 20% off Cheers for three different bookings. You rock!

It may have been a fluke, but I submitted a price protection form on the website on 3/21 and had the approval within a couple of hours. It ended up being an additional $50 OBC and $100 less for the price of the cruise. Carnival was having a sale that ended that day.

That's good information. Thank you for the head's up!

Seems if you or your TA call them, there is more flexibility on the term. For example, you don't have to put in extra money for deposit if you rebook.
Show me how that works or worked for you in real time? Please show us all how you do not have to make a new deposit if you rebook? Fairy Tale.

Do you have an example of this or whom to contact? We would all be so happy to have this option available through Carnival.

I ended up calling and rebooking. It took about 2 hours, waiting only about 15 min before speaking with the rep. She had the cancel the original, book the new one and transfer all the funds (including FCC) while I was on the phone. She stated previously they were completing a form and the FCC would be applied in 1-2 weeks, however found out they did away with the form and she had to get another rep from different department to push the FCC through to my new booking.
Long time but at least it's done.
Your 2 hours took me 5 minutes. And I already explained it to you. Good luck on your future bookings!
