Sometimes they put governors to limit volume.  An easy fix along with allowing captions.

Yes, they may happen but I don't think they exist in numbers worth worrying about. I'm sailing in May on BIE (the only thing I have "then" and "now" price points to compare) and on the few cabins still available on 4 sailings, at today's prices and available discounts, there is not a single DV6 cabin sold today that will beat the price I paid in 2022.  I'm glad I booked when I did.

 

If the argument is loss of interest, banks don't pay much interest, less than a percent where we live or less than $150 for a year on a $15000 cruise fare compared to the $900 I saved and the $1100 price rise since I booked. I'm even happier I booked when I did.

Banks have been paying 5% on CD’s for  the past year  fyi

I am not a fan of red ginger and all the bad reviews of Embers drove me away.  I like the dining room fine.  Not a fan of Japanese food.

10 day vista cruise. Feb 28

Got polo grill for 4 at 6:30 the last night. Got

 Toscana first night same time.  Every other night was 8 pm only. Too late

Would this be an easier day to reserve? Say 6:30 for 4?  Also considering a day when the ship does not leave until 8:30 pm. Is the Polo larger than Toscana? We able  to reserve soon. Lowest priority, other than french balcony. 

I tried  premium economy both on United and Lufthansa. Not worth the extra money, in my opinion. You cant sleep. Go business or coach. 

Not sure why this place is so bad.. you would think they would rake extra care with a specialty restaurant. The rack of lamb was good lastbyear. Not sure if they have it any more

How many days in advance can you check in and get a boarding pass ?

Maybe Viking?  I am not willing to go back to Princess to-pay less and to get a bad experience. I will cruise less or not at all rather than throwing money away on an overcrowded, monstrosity of a ship on a mass market cruise line .
