Hello everyone and Good Day. Welcome to DAY 3 of "LIVE" from Oasis of the Seas. Last night before dinner I was able to watch news for a couple of hours. This forced me to stay awake longer than I normally do. Deck 5 was busy with many passengers enjoying their evening on board. The Globe and Atlas Pub and Boleros were very busy, The Shops on board had a lot of sale items for passengers, and there were several Game Shows on Deck 4 and 5. I walked out to the Boardwalk area -DECK 6 and Playmakers was very busy with passengers watching College Football. The table were full, and there were sports everywhere you looked. They often play movies in the Aquatheater, but last night passengers didn't seem to be interested in the full-length feature film (Cyrano the Musical) There were only a handful that were watching. Boleros was very busy and the music was very nice. I liked the "Who wants to feel like a Millionaire" Game Show that was in Spotlight Karaoke on Deck 5. Many of the questions were Royal Caribbean-related, and It was very fun. The contestants won prizes from the Logo Shop. There aren't too many passengers awake when I get up at Radio Dark30 so it is a nice time to hop in one of the whirlpools on Deck 15. It is very hot and very nice. Casino Royale was open again all night, and it was nice to have my pick of the slots that I favor. There were only a handful of other passengers who were enjoying Casino Royale. We are scheduled to arrive in Port Canaveral by 1PM. I have been monitoring the arrivals there and Oasis of the Seas has been docking between 12 and 12:30. The gangway is scheduled to open 30 min after we are docked. The time to be back on board is at 8:30 tonight. I often go to Kennedy Space Center, but since we arrive in PC Late, I decided not to go. The Visitor Center closes promptly at 5, so I will explore the port area today. We are scheduled to dock at CT-1, which is close to food, drink, and some retail areas. Cape Canaveral is less than a mile away, and Cocoa Beach is only 3 miles away. Tonight is Caribbean Theme night. I didn't bring any Caribbean wear, but it will be fun to watch. Here are a few pics. thanks for tuning in. Radio Early morning Deck 15 The Guest Relations desk is very quiet this morning. It's time for delicious coffee from the Diamond Club. The Royal Promenade was very busy last night. Passengers love the Rising Tide Bar. I loved the music in Boleros Spotlight Karaoke offers game shows and karaoke The Who wants to feel like a millionaire Game Show was fun. The Aquatheater Movie last night did not have many passengers. They may not have like the movie that was being shown. There will be Brunch today in the MDR Brunch Menu Tonight is Caribbean Theme night. We are scheduled to dock at CT-1 Morning Sunrise .

I will get some details. They offer the event several times for the week.

Hello everyone and good day. Today was a very relaxing and restful day. The weather today was a little of everything. I woke up to cloudy skies and light rain while the Sun peeked out for a few minutes and then gray skies and rain. This went on for much of the day until around 2:00 pm when we had sunny skies for several hours. The Top Tier event was postponed until Day 6 at the same time (10:45am). There was no announcement of the postponement. I found out when I arrived at 10:40 and was told that it was a last minute call. It seems that Aqua Theater shows have not been working fully due to a damaged hydraulic system. The Aqua shows have been running at a reduced level due to the hydraulics problem. The pool was empty and workers were fixing the problems. There is no Aqua show tonight, but we will see if they can get it fixed before the Wednesday night show. I went to the Cheers with an Officer Lunch today. It was supposed to be in the MDR on Deck 5. Everyone was waiting to be checked in and it was suggested that the luncheon will now be at Giovanni's on Deck 8 in Central Park. Cruise Director Bobby, and the Hotel Director were there to speak and make a toast. It was a great lunch and I was able to meet a few loyal Radio fans from Cruise Critic and my FB group. They were very nice and they have been following my posts for the cruise this week on Oasis of the Seas. I missed the slot pull at Casino Royale but will try to make it to the next one. I heard it was very fun and all participants were winners. I will say that it is only Day 2 and Casino Royal has been "Radio Friendly" Here are a few pics from today. Thanks for tuning in. Yes, that info was suggested by me in error. The CD was talking to me about that at lunch, and I'm sure he misspoke. I just left the Diamond Lounge, and Concierge (Kateryna Ivashchenko) looked at the passenger count. Last Week. 5900 total pax. 800 kids This week 5600 total pax. 400 kids Radio

I had a 10:30 check in and I arrived at 10:40. No one was at the door and no one asked to see any pass until I got through security.

Thanks George. . . The pax count is about 5400 with 200 kids. There we're 2,000 kids on the ship two weeks ago. . . Yikes.

Hello everyone and good day. Welcome to DAY 2 of "LIVE" from Oasis of the Seas. I went down early last night and slept like a baby. Boarding day is much like debarkation day. It wears me out but I am very happy to be on board, and my normal routine didn't change today . . . I woke up at "Radio Dark30" and was very happy to see that the Diamond lounge was open. Coffee was available and was self-serve. I went down to Casino Royale and was smiling because the slots apparently don't close. They were open and about a dozen passengers were going for gold. . .I didn't think they would open until around 8AM. I remember reading posts that with so many passengers on board, the Windjammer was crazy busy for breakfast, and the lines were very long. I decided to go to Park Cafe'. It was very quiet and calm in there with only 2 other passengers. It was very nice and Park Cafe' offers a good selection of heated sandwiches, paninis, burritos with bakery items, and fruits. I have a few activities planned for today, including the Top Tier Event in the Aqua Theater, and "Cheers with an Officer" for lunch. I will be in a slot tournament later this afternoon with a group that is on board with me this week. Here are a few pics from this morning. . . Thanks for tuning in. I have cruised a lot and I know that the first day always seems overcrowded. I will find out the numbers tomorrow when I speak to the Loyalty Ambassador and Cruise Director. I am pretty good at avoiding crowds. Yes, I may miss some events but having a relaxing Cruise and missing a few things is much better than having a stressful Cruise and attending everything there is to attend.

I am on the same ship, and that is exactly how the process was for me as well. Radio

Well, I wish they would have had a separate line. But security checks don't seem to offer that here. After security however, things were very fast. I walked to the check-in representative and she scanned my set sail pass... Then I just went up the escalator and walked on board.

Yes, they are setting up a lot of chairs. It appears that there may be some type of ceremony. There are no officials there around 10:30 this morning.

Hahaha, yes the last mile of roads needs to be paved. . .
