  1. Jim Rickey cocktail: Ingredients 1 part Jim Beam® Rye 1/2 part Lime Juice 3 parts Soda Water Garnish with Lime Wheel Instructions Measure and pour lime juice and Jim Beam Rye into tall glass. Fill completely with ice and top with soda/sparkling mineral water. Stir and serve.

Mai Tai cocktail: Victor “Trader Vic” Bergeron is often credited with inventing the drink at his Trader Vic’s bar in the 1940s, though it’s likely that Donn Beach laid the groundwork for the famous recipe during the 1930s at his Don the Beachcomber bar. The original Trader Vic’s recipe featured Jamaica’s J. Wray & Nephew rum. Once Bergeron ran out of his supply, he moved to blending rums in an attempt to create a similar flavor profile. Ingredients 1 1/2 ounces white rum 3/4 ounce orange curaçao 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed 1/2 ounce orgeat 1/2 ounce dark rum Steps Add the white rum, curaçao, lime juice and orgeat into a shaker with crushed ice and shake lightly (about 3 seconds). Pour into a double rocks glass. Float the dark rum over the top. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.

Rim the glasses: Pour a thin layer of corn syrup onto a plate and dip the rims into the corn syrup, then dip in coconut flakes.

Bloody Beam cocktail: Ingredients: 1.5 Parts Jim Beam Original 2 Basil Leaves 0.75 Part Cinnamon Simple Syrup 4 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce Lemon Wedge Rim Glass Tajin Spice Directions: In a mixing glass muddle the sauces, spices and basil leaves. Add all remaining ingredients and roll back and forth with ice in a mixing tin. Pour over ice in glass rimmed with Tajin spice. Optional: Substitute V8 Light Mix for Bloody Mary Mix.

Add Cruzan® Aged Light Rum, DeKuyper® Peachtree® Schnapps and ice. Stir gently and top with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig and a peach slice.
  7. Roy, I totally agree with you. With a minor lung issue I’ve been super cautious since Covid began. I felt safer on the Rotterdam in January then I feel walking into the local grocery store. I won’t even consider getting on a plane. We’ll cruise again in November but we’ll drive to Lauderdale to get on the ship. Love you all.

Sauza Razzmatazz Margarita cocktail: Ingredients 1 1/2 parts Sauza® Silver Tequila 1 part DeKuyper® Razzmatazz® Schnapps Liqueur 1 part Lime Juice 1/2 part Simple Syrup Garnish: Lime Wedge, Salt Instructions By the glass: Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake until well chilled. Strain into a ice-filled margarita glass. Garnish with lime wedge & salt. By the pitcher: Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir. Serve in ice-filled margarita glasses. Garnish glasses with lime wedge & salt.

Add rum and crushed ice, then stir ensuring that the leaves are distributed all throughout the cocktail. Top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint and lime wheel.

  20. Mexican Julep cocktail recipe: Ingredients 3 parts Sauza® 901® Tequila 1 part Agave Syrup 1 barspoon Water 5 sprigs Mint, Fresh Instructions Muddle 4 mint sprigs in pewter mug. Add agave syrup and a barspoon of water. Fill with crushed ice. Add Sauza® 901®, stir well. Add more crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint sprig. *A bar spoon holds about 5 millilitres of liquid (the same as a conventional teaspoon). Its long handle is similar to an iced tea spoon, but is usually decorative and elegant – some variations mimic large swizzle sticks, with a disc at one end.

Pina Punch: Ingredients 1 part Midori® Melon Liqueur 1 part Pinnacle® Pineapple Vodka 1 part Mango Juice 3 parts Pineapple Juice Splash Mango Slice Pineapple Slice Instructions Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl over ice. Stir well and garnish with a pineapple and mango slices. Ingredients 1 part Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila 1 part DeKuyper® Blueberry Schnapps Liqueur 1/2 part Simple Syrup 1/2 part Lime Juice 2 parts Pineapple Juice Instructions Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into glass over ice and serve.
