  1. Can anyone please provide information on what is served for lunch in the Solarium Bistro on Wonder recently? I’ve seen some people post it is basically just a mini-Windjammer and others say there is mussels and tzatziki etc. thank you!
  2. Am I able to register the whole family if I stand in line or does everyone need to be there to register? If just me, do they need all sea passes? Thanks!
  3. Going a week from today, can you explain what you mean about ice skating. They open registration at 2:45 but it was sold out by 2:00? Ice skating is one of those things my kids REALLY want to do so I want to make 100% sure we get a spot...
  4. Same length, like ports of call equally, would you choose a balcony room on Symphony or Junior Suite on Freedom (same price) for 2 adults, 4 year old, and 8 year old?
  5. THank you for the very simple and straightforward response without the snippiness everyone else seems to have. I am happy to pay if that is the expectation/policy!
  6. Oh that’s a huge thing for us! We NEVER allow our kids to act up or be too loud in an environment that is not intended to be a kids establishment. Now at El Loco Fresh (a place I would consider kid-friendly), they won’t be the kids running around, but I can’t promise my 4 year old won’t yell out “tequila!” or “it’s taco Tuesday!” (regardless of the day) several times while we are there. He does the same on the Mexico ride at Disney 😂
  7. Yes, we will dine early and we are very quick because of the kids. Plus, for fancier environments, we allow them to play on iPads to ensure other customers are not disturbed.
  8. I know my 4 year old is free if we go to Chops or 150 Central Park. They look like they charge for my daughter (age eight) a reduced price but she truly will not eat anything there even off kids menu (super picky eater). We'd like to bring both kids with us to eat (they won't do AO) but we plan to feed them before. Is there a way to reserve the table for 4 but only pay for my husband and I since they won't eat?
  9. I've read somewhere that 150 Central Park is typically available for a 40-50% discount when you go by in person on the first night in person or you run into the person trying to sell off reservations. Is this true???
  10. I have a JS with a Pullman. I’m seeing conflicting information about whether the Pullman is over the sofa or the bed. Is it always one way or the other or dependent on room?
  11. We just upgraded to a JS on the Oasis of the Seas and am hoping that we can get into Coastal Kitchen. We are hoping to make reservations for night 1. We have first boarding time available (10:30). If we go right to Coastal Kitchen, what are chances we would be able to get reservations anytime between opening and 7?
  12. Does anyone have a picture of a junior suite on an oasis class ship with the Pullman bed and sofa bed opened? Thank you!
  13. Does it include the full schedule or just the ones requiring reservations? Thank you!
  14. Does anyone have any information about the family-friendly comedy show? I can't seem to find it anywhere even if I go look on different sailings on the app and checking old Cruise Compasses. Is it not offered anymore? If so, was it good? Need a reservation? My husband and I love going to the comedy show but this time we have our kiddos with us so are hoping to not miss the family-friendly one. Thanks!
  15. We are planning to take a taxi to the Mayan Cacao factory for a tour. They start at 9:00, 10:00, etc. and then going to take a taxi over to Paradise Beach for the rest of the day before returning by taxi to port. Trying to figure out which tour time to pick based on this time change issue... THanks!
  16. I'm travelling on Oasis in April and am sooo confused as to the whole time change and all aboard time, etc. Our itinerary lists us in Cozumel from 7 am to 6 pm. Is that Cozumel time or origination port (Florida) time? And when they say 7am-6pm, when do we realistically get off the ship in the morning and would all aboard be 5:30? Trying to figure out what time to plan our (independent, not through cruise line) chocolate tour followed by beach break. Thank you!
  17. I'm travelling on the Oasis on a 4 day cruise in April. Based on the open times, it looks like Giovanni's and Portside BBQ are not open for lunch any days of the cruise and it is showing Solarium Bistro only for dinner. Is it possible these are all closed during lunch or will they adjust the times when we get closer?
  18. We were actually going to do the Mayan Cacao company because it is near Paradise Beach (which we chose over Playa Mia after lots of research). Thanks!
  19. There were guidelines written somewhere when RCC posted the menus. Everyone gets Welcome Aboard, everyone gets Italian, if you stop in Mexico you get Mexican that night, etc. 4 night sailings don’t get Royal Night sadly.
  20. Thank you all! Appreciate the advice! Unfortunately I really need to avoid any water but bottled water and Gatorade is the only drink that works for me (onboard they have Powerade but for whatever reason not the right mix), powdered Gatorade and liquid IV taste funny to me and are difficult to keep down when I'm in need of the blood sugar boost.
  21. I cannot seem to find a tour that combines Paradise Beach and a chocolate tour. What is the best way to do this? If I did a taxi to the chocolate factory from the port, are there taxis there that I can grab to go to Paradise Beach, and then another back to the port? I thought about getting a driver to do port to chocolate tour to Paradise Beach (and maybe throwing in a few cool sites like El Mirador) and then getting dropped at Paradise Beach but thought this may be too expensive? Any advice welcome! **Also, welcome any other ideas for unique activities that are good for a 4 year old who is not ready to snorkel, excluding animal encounters for ethical reasons, and think he may get bored by the ruins?
