Seattle Wa info

Dw and i are looking to take an Alaska cruise from Seattle . We have never been to Seattle . So we would like some ideas of good Hotels there with shuttle ? Also when is the best time to cruise to Alaska? any info would be appreciated:)

We just got back. You may check with the Alaska forum for more answers. Lots of threads about when to visit Alaska. I wish we had waited until late August when the salmon are running in Ketchikan. Whatever you choose, you'll have a wonderful time.

Having been to Alaska in both July and August, I definitely prefer August.
