Any further updates on tours to Arecibo? Are they running?

I have not gotten email responses from the tour companies I've contacted. One of the CC members I corresponded with is on a cruise out of San Juan presently, and also had a tour booked, but upon arrival was told that they aren't running right now. Whether or not I can book a tour before the 4/21 cruise affects when I decide to book flights. Just wondering if anyone has plans to go there?
