Mahogany Bay without advance booking

What do you all suggest to do in Mahogany Bay that doesn't have to be booked in advance? I don't want to make an advance commitment, because it will be the rainy season. I'd like to stay flexible, but know what options are likely to be available at the port.

You can shop, go to the beach, stay on the ship...or do you mean excursions that take you away from MB to visit various places on the island?
