Lattitudes Caesars Discount on NCL - New?

On the Lattitudes tier benefits list a Caesars benefit for discounts on NCL is shown. I don't recall seeing this on the benefits page before. Is it new?

It's not new.

That whole think appears to be a bunch of marketing jumbo.

Anyone can get a discount coming from Caesars based on tier - nothing to do with lattitudes.

And, anyone that is a NCL customer, can get some recognition by signing up with Caesars.

No place can points transfer back and forth.

They have some slot tournaments that go together. My home casino this year was CAS so I have been invited to slot tournaments that winners go to vegas.
