Single guy 20s Alaska

hi there,

I am a single New Yorker in my mid 20s wanting to visit Alaska in August. Is there a ship or a line that will have more passengers going there in their 20s or 30s at that time?

My list in order of "most likely" to have younger people on board.

Carnival

Norwegian

Royal Caribbean

Princess

Celebrity

Holland America

This is just my opinion. You will also have a better shot if you go during college breaks or summer.

You should try to book early August when there is a greater chance of families/couples/younger groups on board.

I am a New Yorker in my 30s and I sailed on Norwegian Bliss to Alaska from/to Seattle at the end of July. The cruise was mainly families with pre-teens and senior citizens. There did not seem to be a lot of people in their 20s and 30s. If you really want to go to Alaska, I say just go and don't worry about who else is on the ship.
