drinks in daimond plus and concierge lounges

recently back from voyager of the seas no sparkling wine/champagne in diamond plus and concierge lounge just wine beer and selected spirits... is this a new policy on rccl ships as it seems strange and was not the case on explorer. :(

The menu does not list sparking wine ( and hasn’t for some time) but it is always available if you just ask
