Does the public bus in Papeete pass frequently around the Intercontinental Hotel to get back to town area?

Every 15 - 30 minutes depending on the time of day and the day of the week.

Thanks for the info on the bus. Can we pick it up near the cruise port and do the entire circle around the island? If so, any idea how long that would take, and if we need to ask/or pay for transfers from West Coast to East Coast route? Thanks again
