Current concierge on NCL Gem?

So very sorry, but couldn't find it posted.

Can someone reply with the name of the concierge on the Gem right now. We left on March 27th last month, so presume it would be the same lady?

She was very good, but we had a major issue on the ship & she tried to help us with it. Still trying to get it resolved, so thought I would give them her name so they can speak to her too, as I am sure she will remember me & the situation.

We were on the March 8-17 sailing and the concierge was Elvina DeMenses. Very efficient lady.

We had her a few years ago. I think it was on the Pearl. She was charming and, I agree, very efficient.

That was her! Thank you so much. She was great & so helpful to me & my family!

On the 4/7/18 sailing it was still Elvina DeMenses. Lovely.
