Arriving at Charles de Gaulle Airport

We need some advice. We are arriving at CDG on Sept 4th at 9:30 am via American Airlines. We just received our private tour documents and our pick up/transfer to our hotel is for 10:00 am with a note that the driver will only wait 1 hr.

Is this doable? Will we have to go through any Passport Check process? Also we are wondering how long luggage usually takes to start coming off the plane.

Thank you for any past experiences at CDG and any words of wisdom.

We are concerned as it took us several hours to go through Heathrow a few years ago.

Sorry, can't help with how long it will take you at CDC because we fly from the UK so we use the EU channel through immigration.

But have you mis-read the "one hour".:confused:

I don't think it will be one hour from your scheduled flight arrival time - more likely one hour from the time they expect you to be in the Arrival Hall or from the time you tell them.

In other words, leeway of one hour.

Yeah if you gave them your flight info they should be able to schedule a proper pick up. That said you should be in the arrival hall well before 11. I don't usually have checked luggage but can often make it to my hotel before 1.5 hours after arrival.
