Taxis in Falmouth

We were in Falmouth last December and took an awesome private tour. However, the Hard Rock Cafe in Montego Bay opened 2 weeks after we were there. We'll be there again in November and want to go to the store. (DHcollects their t-shirts.). I don't remember seeing taxi cabs but they have to be at the port somewhere. Anyone know where we can find them and if they're safe to travel in to a different part of the island? Anyone know costs?

If push comes to shove, we can always hire the driver we used last year but a taxi is probably cheaper.
