Location of "the Strip" in Basseterre

Where the so called "The Strip" in located in Basseterre? Is it a beach area? or is downtown? How do go there from the cruise port?

Think you are referring to a row of beach bars on Frigate Bay. Take a taxi about $4.00 per person each way.

Vibe and Shiggity are there, but what about some of the others I am seeing on Google maps? Cathy's Boozies, Patsies? Are they still there? If so do any of these have beach chairs and umbrellas? What about easy access to the water from the beach? Rocky? Anyone have drink menus? Thanks for any info!
