Newbie to RCCL and sailing on Serenade of the Seas.

Tell me about RCCL and Serenade of the Seas, please. We will be traveling with our four children who will be ages 3, 8, 9, and 11 at the time of sailing. We have sailed a few times with Holland America and always loved it, but are excited for a new experience.

Where and when are you sailing?
