?? about Navigator promenade staterooms

Does anyone know if on Navigator there are any promenade staterooms that have an obstructed view and come with perks, like the "cow butt" rooms on Freedom class?

Or, worse, if there are any that have an obstructed view but no perks?

No obstructed view PR staterooms on Voyager class ships.

To my knowledge the only Promenade staterooms on any RCI ship that have an obstructed view are the Ben & Jerry "Sweets" which have the referenced perks as a result. As such they are a unique location situation. The draw associated with the Promenade stateroom is the view.
