Getaway Vibe

Hi All,

We sailed last year on the Escape and were lucky enough to get Vibe Passes. I am sure we would have had a great time without the passes, but having these passes were awesome!

We are headed on the Getaway 2/4/18 and hoping to get passes again. How hard are they to get? We fly in the night before and plan to be at port as early as needed to be one of the first groups on. What time should we plan for? Any help is much appreciated!

Since February, not only do the haven passengers have an advantage, but all the platinum, platinum plus and ambassador members will be boarding before you. So, based on the passengers, passes could be gone early. That being the case, if they're not available when you board, ask to be put on a waiting list.

I got them last week. Was Boarding group 1. We also had them on the Escape last year. Honestly, you won’t be missing much if you don’t get them on Getaway. There are 2 bartender/waiters who were great—Vi and Eddie, but their supervisor was really kind of a buzzkill. She was constantly going on about how her bosses watch the cameras and how some guys got drunk, were fighting and got kicked off the ship and how they blamed her for getting them drunk. It was just eh. Nice to have the private area with fewer people and all that but there was definitely NOT a “beach club” feel, more like a flashback to Catholic school. Lol Oh and no cookies or that Chex mix type snack they had on Escape. Also, we only had shot o clock twice and while they’re supposed to open at 7am, they really didn’t show up till around 8.

Btw, 9am to the port, 9:30 latest I’d say for group 1. I got there at 9:15 and at least 25 people were ahead of me.
