OPT hotel - Sydney

Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for a decent hotel close to the OPT in Sydney? Just staying one night pre-cruise and don't want anything scungey, also not the Ritz! 3rd party sites (hotel.com etc) are all very well, but there's nothing like a real person's thoughts.

We love Old Holiday Inn, The Rocks. Directly over the road from the OPT.

But you need to stalk prices as they vary a lot.

Pier One is also nice if you can snag a deal

The Pullman Grand Quay is also very nice - just a short walk from Circular Quay station. If you choose a harbour view you are facing over to the OPT so will wake up to see your ship docked.

We stayed at the Amora Jamison and found it really good. Closer to Wynyard Station than the Quay but still easy to walk to OPT.

We have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel George Street at Circular Quay. Depending on your budget, it can be pricey but is a lovely hotel with views overlooking the harbour, opera house and the bridge and a 5 - 10 minute walk to the OPT.
