oldmedic Posted January 19, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 19, 2010 Does Carnival allow players to use a "basic Strategy card" while playing or does the card have to be committed to memory?
AndyTheK Posted January 19, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 19, 2010 Though I can't positively say yes for Carnival, I have never been in a casino (lan or ship) which did NOT allow you to use one. The only restriction that I know about is that all electronic or communication equipment is forbidden. Printed material is OK. Good luck. Andy. SailBadtheSinner Posted January 19, 2010 #3 Share Posted January 19, 2010 The Wizard of Odds offers a simplified strategy here: http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack which should make memorization easier and rid the need of having a card. Go to this site http://www.deepnettech.com/blackjack.html#downloads and download the Blackjack Mentor which allows you to create the strategy you wish to practice with. Then practice, practice, practice!!!! SBtS
Yo Eleven Posted January 19, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 19, 2010 Does Carnival allow players to use a "basic Strategy card" while playing or does the card have to be committed to memory? NarloJunior Posted February 13, 2010 #6 Share Posted February 13, 2010 I know SOME casinos will allow you to use those little BJ strategy cards you can buy atthe casino gift shops, etc. as long you keep it below the table and don't give others advice also. Anyone know if Carnival allows this?
RANTHEMAN Posted February 14, 2010 #7 Share Posted February 14, 2010 I know SOME casinos will allow you to use those little BJ strategy cards you can buy atthe casino gift shops, etc. as long you keep it below the table and don't give others advice also I have been in many casinos on land and sea and I have NEVER seen a casino not let you use a card if you want. As for advice, My experience is that you can help anyone you want and many dealers will give you advice if you ask....So just ask!!!
