Dining question

From some posts I've read here, I get the impression the suite passengers have no assigned dining time but the other passengers do in their restaurant?

From some posts I've read here, I get the impression the suite passengers have no assigned dining time but the other passengers do in their restaurant?

Britannia pax have 2 assigned dining times, whilst Club, Princess Grill and Queens Grill have open dining any time between 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm.
