Car Rental at Ft Lauderdale

We used Alamo but just caught an uber to port once we returned the car to the airport - next time I'll have to look into the shuttle more! I didn't realize it was even an option.

The Uber website does not list Ft Lauderdale as an Uber city. Is there really service there??

Both uber and left are available

We rented at the airport from Alamo. On cruise day we dropped off our luggage at the port, took the car back to the airport, they offered us a shuttle but the line for it was very, very long. We ordered a lyft and returned to wait in line at the port. It was very easy and returning at the airport that day was over 50 dollars less than any deal we could find returning near the port. The lyft ride was less than ten dollars.

check Dollar/thrifty, we fly in, pick up @ FLL, spend a few days there, then drop off @ their port everglades location and they drive us to the ship, i think that they do the reverse also.

They do! We've used them both pre- and post-cruise.
