Dublin Port of Call

Does anyone have experience with a two day port of call in Dublin? Trying to figure out how early we can get off the ship the second day. We are looking at an excursion that leaves from downtown area at 8:00 am but meeting time is by 0745. TIA

In 2009, Michael and I were on a Royal Caribbean ship that had two days in Venice...an overnighted, like what we are doing in Dublin this summer. You could come & go as you pleased all night long the first night - there was no time to be back onboard the first night.... So, with that said, you could spend all night in Dublin & never come back until our back-on-board time the 2nd day. Hopefully my rambling makes sense...but in other words, you can leave the ship at any time the 2nd morning in Dublin. :)

Our experience was that you could get off the ship as early as you wanted on the second day.
