Alla Tours

Hi,

We are on the Celebrity Silhouette Baltic cruise on July 21, 2018. We have booked Alla Tours for 3 Days inn St Petersburg and 1 Day in Berlin. They have always responded quickly within 24 hours. I even received an email from them asking if we were interested the ballet. I sent an email on Monday regarding their tour of Stockholm. I have not received a response. When I went on their website this morning, I got a message in Russian with the number 404. I am concerned that there is a problem with them. Has anyone booked Alla Tours this summer? Is there a problem with them.?

There is no problem - for some reason, the website is currently down. You can email them at: info@alla-tour.com

Ah, I just contacted one of the booking managers at Alla Tours. She told me that IT support is working on the issue and the website should be up and running in one to two hours.

Thanks everyone for your response. I did speak with someone in the US this morning who indicated the same. I was told that I would receive an email today.
