Ship Leaving Port at 10pm

Going on our first Windstar voyage next month. I noticed that there are two ports (Falmouth Harbor, Antigua, and St. Georges's , Grenada) where we dock at 8am but do not leave until 10pm.

I was wondering what Windstar veterans typically do with such late departure times? Will they be having the deck BBQ on one of those days, or any other special event? If there is nothing special going on, do you typically dine in port and maybe sample a little night life, or just come back to the ship more like a normal port?

We were on slightly different itinerary but my bet would be deck bbq in Grenada. Both ports have good restaurants and some people just want a day and evening off the ship to explore, eat, etc. Windstar used to leave every port around 5 p.m. and lots of people wanted ability to stay later. We enjoy that option.
