Carnival Fantasy - December 1, 2017 - Photography buffs

Any photography buffs on this sailing? My husband bought me a nice camera package for Christmas two years ago and I feel so lost as to how to take good pictures without it being on point and shoot. I can read the instructions but I am much better at show and tell learning. Any one want to offer to spend a little time giving me some instructions? Hope to hear from you.
