How do you sign up for a CC Celebrity Party?

Would someone tell me in detail? Does CC do this? Where on the site do we sign up? Thank you for your time on this.

Choose Meet & Mingle, Choose Celebrity. You will enter your ship & sail date and register there. Cruise Critic gives the info to your ship, you should receive an invitation in your stateroom with the time and location of the party. Typically it is mid-morning on a sea day and Celebrity will serve coffee & pastries. Sometimes Celebrity will usually send an officer/officers to the party to give a quick hello and available for questions.
