Falmouth car rental

Has anyone ever rented a car in Jamaica? We have been to many ports and one of our favorite things to do is rent a car or ATV to do a self guided tour. Is Jamaica a good place to do that? We will be stopping in Falmouth in January. Some of the places we have done this are Roatan, Cozumel, St Martin so we do have experience doing this.

Don't rent a car in Falmouth. They drive on the left, and the roads are TERRIBLE around there. Very narrow and full of deep potholes. I would not drive in Jamaica.
