Carnival Horizon paint issue

Really nothing to do with Carnival or the ship, this is just Fincantieri's poor environmental management. They did not clean the dock sufficiently after blasting/painting, from the previous ship in the drydock. The ship did not carry paint flakes from the other yard. With a dirty dock, they flooded it to allow Horizon into the dock, and then when they pumped it out again, the paint got into the harbor.
