OskiBear Posted March 23, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 23, 2018 The MSC website is a bit "lacking" in clear directions. I'm 9 days from my sailing and I've filled out everything online and also received an email with baggage tags and the Embarkation Forms for the two of us. However, whenever I'm on the website or the phone app, it keeps telling me to check-in. Is this simply because their website isn't designed to acknowledge that check-in has been completed? Or am I not actually checked-in? A bit confusing and as a first cruiser with MSC, a bit frustrating.
JOHN 57 Posted March 23, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 23, 2018 Hello OskiBear, we received our e tickets online yesterday, and the web site, does not show it. Although it does acknowledge our check in. MSC website has a lot to be desired.
pappahbuttz Posted March 23, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 23, 2018 I am also a new cruiser with MSC. The check-in is on the MSC website, where you go in and put in all your personal information, confirm all details, then print out your E Ticket and boarding form. This is VERY important to do correctly to avoid any delay on boarding day!
Hey Tina Posted March 23, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 23, 2018 If you have the luggage tags you are checked in.
OskiBear Posted March 23, 2018 Author #5 Share Posted March 23, 2018 Thanks all for responding. It's just a bit different than what I'm used to. Sounds like we are all set to board!

Rare Beamafar Posted March 24, 2018 #7 Share Posted March 24, 2018 Once you have your tickets, and all is in order on them, no need to do anything more - except, of course, to go enjoy your cruise! :D
