Cruise Connect/Intercruise coach

Hi! We are getting the coach from Southampton home after disembarkation and were curious about their luggage policy. I think it states online "one medium suitcase" per passenger, but does anybody know the specifics of this? What is considers "medium"? Are they strict on enforcing it?

Well our medium suitcases are pretty big and I aim at weight (20kg). They don't seem to bother as long as they can pick them up. they only question we've had was when we took a holdall which weighed less than 20kg but it felt heavier than a suitcase- if that makes sense!!

Hi...we travel on the coach to Southampton and return and we have always been allowed 2 medium suitcases each and keep each suitcase at 20kg. I am surprised that you only have an allowance of 1 suitcase unless you are returning from a Transatlantic fly cruise .

Always travel to Southampton on coach. Never seen any problems with luggage limits. Seen couples with 5 or 6 huuuuge cases.
