Just filled out our post-cruise survey from Carmival. In one of the sections you could name staff that you'd like to recognize for excellent service. Anyone know if this information actually gets to them?

Yes, it does. It also gets to their supervisor on board and is often used in evaluations for promotions and bonuses.

Staff members have told me it does make a difference, sometimes a big difference as far as promotions, etc.

I always make notes of staff members names during the cruise so I can make sure the note them in the survey.
