Which do you prefer on the Coral for dinner - Bayou Cafe or Sabatini's - and why? What is it you specifically like about one vs. the other?

Bayou Cafe. Not a fan of most Italian venues as I tend to cook Italian food the way I like it and don't need to get it at a restaurant. I have never eaten at Sabatini's on any ship but have looked at the menu a number of times. I have eaten at Crown Grill, Bayou Cafe and Steakhouse, and Sterling Steakhouse but never Sabatini's.

Sounds like a final exam question for a cooking school. If you like steak, fish etc. then choose the Bayou. If you like Italian meals, not pasta with tomato sauce, then choose Sabatini's. They are both nice and the upcharge is reasonable @ @29/pp

We prefer the Bayou Cafe. We did eat one time at Sabatini's on the Golden Princess, and probably not exactly the same as the Coral, my understanding is the entree's are more from Northern Italy and I guess we prefer Southern Italy with the pasta's and tomato sauces.
