Hokiegalcruiser Posted July 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2017 We have to check out Saturday am from an airb&b (so no holding luggage) but our flight is not til 10 pm. Is there anywhere that will hold luggage for the day downtown?
xlxo Posted July 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2017 Is your AirBnB near the cruise terminal? If so, have the luggage sent to the airport for $40 by CDS. Then pick it up at the airport at 6:30pm for your 10pm flight.
Hokiegalcruiser Posted July 25, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted July 25, 2017 Update for those who need the information. The Pan-Pacific held our bags all day for $5 each. Was well worth it to have the rest of the day to spend in the city.

Was well worth it to have the rest of the day to spend in the city. We have an 6:45 pm flight leaving after our cruise disembarks in Vancouver. This sounds like a good idea. Can you post more information about Pan-Pacific and how to contact them? Thanks!
Rare Milhouse Posted August 28, 2017 #5 Share Posted August 28, 2017 The Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver is in the same complex as the cruise terminal. I think that's a handy idea to drop it off with their bell desk (or any hotel bell desk) if they're willing to do it for $5 a piece.
Rare martincath Posted August 28, 2017 #6 Share Posted August 28, 2017 Your other option would be to use CDS to send your bags to the airport for you. While it's pricier ($40 for the first 4, then $10 per extra piece) it means that you can tour the city unencumbered and also do not need to return to the pier - makes for more efficient sightseeing. Plus, with no bags to schlep the SkyTrain becomes even more enticing to get to YVR. At only $4.10pp ($2.85 if it's a weekend, and Seniors save even more) you can pay for the difference vs. storage at the PP if you were planning to take a cab (approx $35). Hokiegalcruiser Posted September 2, 2017 Author #7 Share Posted September 2, 2017 Sorry for the delay in replying, trying to kick my cc addiction. We simply walked up to the bellman desk with our luggage and paid the fee in cash. They gave us a tag to pick up at the end of the day, which was very easy. Well worth the $5 bag. Btw they accepted US $ because that is what we had. We figured the difference was part of our tip.
